Can Anyone be Really Successful without Working Hard ? Is the Failure for one person Success for Another One ?

Yes, you could be Successful without Working hard or even without Putting any effort.

Let me tell you all a story.

Three guys died together and went to heaven.... St. Peter says, "We only have one rule...don't step on the ducks as they are God's favorite creation."
They enter heaven and see ducks everywhere, and it's almost impossible to not step on a duck. The first guy accidentally steps on one, and soon here comes St. Peter with the biggest, ugliest woman he'd ever seen...
St. Peter chains them together and says, "Your punishment is to be chained to this ugly woman forever."
The next day the second guy steps on a duck...Sure enough, St. Peter comes with another ugly woman and chains them together.
Seeing this, the third guy is very, very careful. He goes for months and doesn't step on any ducks. One day, St. Peter comes along with this beautiful woman: Blonde, blue-eyed, very young and very sexy. He chains them together and leaves without a word.
The man remarks, "I wonder what I did to deserve this good fortune?" And the Blonde says, "I don't know about you, but I stepped on a duck.

Sometime we become successful because of failure of other people.

If we have to play a match and our opponent gets injured at the last moment, we get walk over to the next round.

Sometime we get success because of parents : Your parents are rich and you inherit their wealth. Your parents are powerful and you become a minister or even a Prime Minister because of their sudden demise.

Sometime, we get success purely due to luck like when you win the first prize in a lottery draw and win millions.

In order to be successful, you not only require talent, hard work but also good luck.

You should be at the right time at the right place with the right ability to be successful in life.

Even those people who claim to achieve their success purely due to their talent and personality must admit that their talents and personalities are mostly genetic and they have no contribution to be gifted with their genius or good looks.

Even Albert Einstein or Mahatama Gandhi owe their success to their geniuses which were not of their creation but a lucky combination of genetic codes of their parents.

In the real world, the rewards and punishments are given not only because of your hard-work or mistakes but often due to other factors beyond your control.

If you analyze deeply, success is the result of upbringing, wealth and education of your parents, intelligence, personality and right environment. Unfortunately none of these are in your control.

However, you must challenge your limitations and make it a purpose of your life to overcome them through hard-work and determination. There are so many people who have succeeded despite adversities.

When you help yourself, you are also helped by God to achieve your objectives.

Which is more important to be Successful ? Intelligence or Hardwork ?

Let me introduce X, Y, Z to you. A lot of people don't like X,Y, Z names but I find them mysterious.
X is intelligent. He can grasp anything by looking at it just once. He was preparing for an exam. He was serious about it but at the same time he was serious about playing games, eating and sleeping on time too. Y is a hard worker. He spends a lot of time on studying. Preparation comes before everything else. Both X and Y have two years to appear for the same exam. Who do you think performed better? . .
It's Y. His hard work paid off.
X learnt his lesson now and learns to work hard. ☺
After a few years, X started working.
X and Z happened to be on the same project. Z is a smart worker. He shows off the work of X as his and takes credit for it. During appraisal, who do you think got promoted? . .
Z got promoted. I know it sounds unfair but that is how life is.
X learnt a lesson that it is not only about hard work but also smart work.☺
Now meet P. He joins the project with X and…
